This will help clarify values and behaviours that are important for you and your organisation. You will identify values you see at present in the organisation and choose those you want for it in the future.

 

Parts

Part 1 - your Personal Values and behaviours which represent who you are.

Part 2 - your organisation's Current Values and how it operates now.

Part 3 - Desired Values for your organisation to have high performance. 

 

Instructions

• The questionnaire takes about 20 minutes.
• Please complete the whole questionnaire in one session. 
• Your answers are confidential.
• Choose 10 values / behaviours from the list in each section. 
• Select a word by clicking the box next to it. De-select by clicking the box again.
• Click on continue to move to the next page.
• At the end a message says your responses have been successfully entered.
