Instructions

  • The whole questionnaire needs to be completed in one session with no interruptions. It takes about 20 minutes.

  • Your answers are confidential. You will review your results with a coach.

  • There are no right or wrong answers.

  • The questionnaire forces you to make choices which may not be easy. Leadership involves making hard decisions.

  • Be honest. Do not choose statements because they sound good.

  • You choose between statements and how much you agree or disagree with them.
